– CXLIII – Blessed art thou, O My servant, inasmuch as thou hast recognized the Truth, and withdrawn from him who repudiated the All-Merciful, and was condemned as wicked in the Mother Tablet. Walk thou steadfastly in the love of God, and keep straight on in His Faith, and aid Him through the power of thine utterance. Thus biddeth thee the All-Merciful Who is suffering imprisonment at the hands of His oppressors. If tribulation touch thee for My sake, call thou to mind My ills and troubles, and remember My banishment and imprisonment. Thus do We devolve on thee what hath descended upon Us from Him Who is the All-Glorious, the All-Wise. By My Self! The day is approaching when We will have rolled up the world and all that is therein, and spread out a new order in its stead. He, verily, is powerful over all things. Sanctify thine heart, (edit) | O servant, blessed are you for having recognized the truth and turned away from the one who disbelieved in the All-Merciful and who, in the Mother of the Tablets, was wretched. Stand firm in the love of God and His command, then support Him with utterance; thus does the All-Merciful command you at the time when He was imprisoned at the hands of the wrongdoers. If afflictions touch you in My path, remember My afflictions, My exile, and My imprisonment; thus do We cast unto you from One Mighty, All-Wise. By My life, We shall surely fold up the world and all that is in it, and spread out another expanse. Truly He is powerful over all things. Sanctify your heart. (edit) |
| 2 | لذکري وأُذنک لاستماع آیاتي ثمّ أَقْبِل إلی المقرّ الّذي استقرّ فیه عرش ربّک الرّحمن قل أي ربّ لک الحمد بما وفّقتني علی عرفان مظهر نفسک وجعلتني مقبلا إلی کعبة وصلک ولقائک أسألک باسمک الّذي منه انفطرت السّمآء وانشقّت الأرض بأن تکتب لي ما کتبته لمن أعرض عن دونک وأَقْبَل إلیک وقدّر لي مقعد صدق عندک في سرادق الأبهی إنّک أنت فعّال لما تشآء لا إله إلّا أنت العزیز الحکیم (edit)

that thou mayest remember Me; and purge thine ear, that thou mayest hearken unto My words. Set then thy face towards the Spot wherein the throne of thy Lord, the God of Mercy, hath been established, and say: Praise be to Thee, O my Lord, for having enabled me to recognize the Manifestation of Thine own Self, and aided me to fix mine heart on the court of Thy presence, the object of my soul’s adoration. I beseech Thee, by Thy name that caused the heavens to be rent and the earth to be cleft asunder, to ordain for me what Thou didst ordain for them that have turned away from all else but Thee, and rested their hearts firmly upon Thee. Grant that I may be seated in Thy presence on the seat of truth, within the Tabernacle of Glory. Powerful art Thou to do what Thou willest. There is none other God but Thee, the All-Glorious, the All-Wise. Say: O my Lord, to You belongs praise for what You have enabled me to attain in recognizing the Manifestation of Your Self, and for making me one who turns toward the Kaaba of Your communion and Your meeting. I ask You by Your Name through which the heaven was rent asunder and the earth was cleft, that You write for me what You have written for those who have turned away from all besides You and have turned toward You, and that You ordain for me a seat of truth with You in the pavilion of the All-Glorious.
