Then remind the beloved ones in your land, those whose names have not been mentioned in the Tablet, so that they may all rejoice in the glad tidings of Allah, the Supreme, the Everlasting, and delight in themselves. May the melodies of holiness attract them and bring them closer to the holy and praiseworthy station. Advise those who believe in Allah and His signs not to go beyond what they have been commanded, and not be among those who transgress.

O people, follow the religion of Allah, His ways, and abandon what is before you. Take what we have commanded you and do not be among those who are ignorant when they are commanded to do something they do not know. Avoid the major sins, which are turning away from the beauty of My words. Say, "The words of Allah are the highest, if you perceive it." Then, rectify your relationships among yourselves so that nothing emanates from you but the fragrance of Allah, and your faces reflect the radiance of Paradise. You will be among those who rejoice in all matters, and when humiliation, hardship, and distress touch them in adversity, they will be patient in the cause of their Creator and rely on Allah. They will be constantly directed toward His pleasure and not be deterred by the arrogance of those who have turned away, nor by the argument of those who have argued after the argument has reached the ultimate goal. The grace of Allah is perfected upon them and those who are certain of the signs Allah has sent down to them. They are not saddened by the denial of those who have disbelieved in them after their souls have realized the truth. Thus, they carry out our command as they did before, and we command them to bestow grace so that they may be among those who are acting by the command of Allah.
