These sacred lands are described and mentioned in all the divine Books, and most of the Prophets and Messengers have appeared from these lands. This is that beginning for which all the Messengers cried out, “Labbayka Allāhumma labbayk,” and the promise of the Manifestation of God was for these lands. This is the Valley of Decree, the White Land, and the Luminous Spot. In the former Books, all that is manifest today is mentioned; yet their people, in all the divine Books, are not accepted, such that in some passages they have been likened to the offspring of vipers. And now this Wronged One, among the offspring of vipers, cries out with the loftiest call, and summons all to the utmost goal, the highest summit, and the most exalted horizon. Blessed is he who hears what the Tongue has uttered in the Kingdom of Utterance, and woe to every heedless one who is far removed...
