O God, the All-Merciful and the One powerful over all possibility, You see Your servants and bondsmen who fast during the days by Your command and will, and who stand in the pre-dawn hours for Your remembrance and praise, hoping for what has been stored in the treasuries of Your bounty and the stores of Your generosity and munificence. I ask You, O You in Whose hand is the rein of possibilities and in Whose grasp is the dominion of Names and Attributes, that You do not deprive Your servants of the rains of the clouds of Your mercy in Your days, nor withhold from them the sprinklings of the sea of Your good pleasure. O my Lord, the atoms have borne witness to Your power and sovereignty, and the signs to Your greatness and might; so have mercy, O God of the worlds, Possessor of pre-eternity and Sovereign of the nations, upon Your servants who have held fast to the rope of Your commands and humbled themselves beneath the manifestations of Your decrees from the heaven of Your will.
