You did not ascertain, nor examine, nor investigate, so that truth might become clear to you from falsehood, and right from wrong, and so that you might be upon enlightened insight. So ask about him from the envoys who were in Iraq and those behind them, and from the governor of the town and its adviser, so that the truth may be made manifest to you and you may be among those with clear insight.
