By day they strive for a livelihood, and by night for the adornment of the furnishings of their beds. Is it permissible in any law or religion that they should cling to the turning away of these few souls and, by it, deceive others from turning toward and affirming those souls who have sacrificed life and property, name and reputation, disgrace and renown, for the good pleasure of God? ... And with what yearning and love and affection and delight they freely offered up their lives in the path of the All-Glorious— as is clear and proven to all. Yet, despite this, how can they deem this Cause a trivial matter?
