God has borne witness that there is no god but Him, the Mighty, the Beloved. To Him belong munificence and bounty; He gives to whom He wills what He wills. Verily He is the Powerful, the Omnipotent, the Sovereign, the Self-Subsisting. Say: We have believed in Him who appeared in the name of ‘Alí from the presence of a praiseworthy true Sovereign, and in Him who comes in the Mustagháth, and in Him who comes after Him, until the end of Him who has no end. And we testify in their manifestations to naught but the manifestation of God.
