In the Furqan, then in the Bayan, [is] a recompense from your Lord, the Most Merciful. Blessed are the drinkers. O servant, the beholder, give thanks to God for what has been sent down to you in the prison—this Tablet—so that you may remind the people of the days of your Lord, the Mighty, the All-Knowing. Thus We have established for you the edifice of faith from the water of wisdom and elucidation; and this is the water that was settled upon the throne of your Lord, the Most Merciful. And His throne was upon the water. Reflect so that you may know, and say: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
