Now observe how many of the sultans exalt that Holy One in His name, and how many lands and their peoples who dwell under His shadow take pride in their connection to that Holy One; so that upon pulpits and minarets they mention this blessed Name with perfect veneration and honor. Even the sultans who have not entered under the shadow of that Holy One and have not renewed the garment of unbelief, they too acknowledge and confess the greatness and majesty of that Sun of favor. This is the outward sovereignty that you behold.
