It seems that he has never recited the Quran, for it says: "And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or says, 'Revelation has come to me,' while nothing has been revealed to him, and one who says, 'I will reveal something like what Allah has revealed?'" Reflect a little on this verse [265], so that you may become certain that any soul who says, "I will reveal something like what God has revealed," their very statement is their refutation and denial, and it will continue to be so.
