It is not permissible to beg, and when one is asked (for money), it is forbidden for him to give. It has been ordained that every one earn his living. Whoever is unable to do so, let the guardians and the rich appoint for him what is sufficient.

Perform the stipulations and ordinances of God. Then keep them as you keep your eyes, and be not among the losers.
