So bear witness, O Salman, that in the treasuries of the knowledge of God there are sciences that have never been mentioned, not even the knowledge of anyone's faith or the Oneness by which the servants make God one, nor the highest jewels of singleness. But because His mercy preceded all the servants, he accepts from them what he commands them in the time of every Messenger and covenant of every Prophet, a grace from him on all creation. So bear witness that there is no god but He, no one will know him and no soul will reach the beginning of his knowledge, nor will everyone in the kingdom comprehend him. If you are among those who seek the secrets, you would wish for sanctified baths and pure hearts so that you may fly with this servant in the air of this knowledge which has burned the wings of those who approach it. God will manifest on earth servants who will not be restrained by the prohibitions of the greedy, they will fly with the wing of holiness, walk in the kingdoms of eternity, enter the luminous pavilion of honor, and not be distracted by worldly affairs or the adornments of the earth from the remembrance of God, the Most High, the Powerful, the Almighty. When they hear the melodies of the Spirit, their eyes overflow with tears, they give glad tidings with the Spirit of God, and they turn to the beauty of the sanctified, unique creation. They will not exchange the signs of God for anything, even if they expend everything in the heavens and the earth. And whenever they hear the melodies of God, they lean towards their homeland of closeness and sacrifice themselves at all times. At this point, it would be fitting to begin mentioning what I had intended before and conclude this remembrance, which will not be conveyed by the hearts of those who have attained.
