A believer is one whose purpose in creation has been his own existence and life; and just as the name of faith has been from the beginning without beginning and will be unto the end without end, so too the believer has remained and is living, and has been and will be; from everlasting to everlasting he has circled around the Will of God. And he it is who endures through the endurance of God, is everlasting through His everlastingness, manifest through His manifestation, and hidden through His command. And it is evident that the highest horizon of abiding is the abode of those who believe in God and His signs; never shall annihilation find its way to that holy seat. Thus do We cast upon thee of the signs of thy Lord, that thou mayest be steadfast in thy love and be among the knowers.
