We find the fragrance of a day in which the Intended One is manifested over the realms of the unseen and the witnessed through His Most Beautiful Names and the suns of His subtle kindnesses, which none has perceived except His own Self, the One who watches over those within creation. He does not look upon creation except with the eye of compassion and loving-kindness, for Our mercy has preceded all things and Our bounty has encompassed the earths and the heavens. This is a day on which the sincere are given to drink of the Kawthar of meeting, the ones brought near the Salsabīl of nearness and abiding, and the affirmers of divine oneness the wine of union—within this attainment in which the tongue of majesty and veneration proclaims: “The sovereignty is Mine alone, and I am the rightful Owner; I draw near…”
